Bali Island is known as the island of the gods which has a rich and unique culture. Bali is famous for its beautiful and charming dance, carving and painting. Balinese dances include the Kecak Dance, Barong Dance and Legong Dance. These dances are not only for entertainment, but also have a deep meaning and are full of life philosophies. In addition, Balinese carving is also very famous for its unique and intricate motifs, such as carvings on Balinese temples and traditional houses. Balinese painting also has its own characteristics, taking the theme of life and the balance of nature.
Meanwhile, in Java Island there are many different cultures and customs in each region. One of the most famous cultures in Java Island is Batik. Batik is a characteristic of Indonesia and has been recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage. Javanese Batik is unique in the form of motifs, which are inspired by nature, culture, and religion. In addition to batik, there is also the art of gamelan music which is famous in Java. Gamelan is a traditional music that uses traditional Javanese musical instruments such as saron, bonang, and kendang. Gamelan music also has many types such as Javanese gamelan, Balinese gamelan, and Sundanese gamelan.

In addition, customs are also unique in Java. Javanese customs are famous for traditional ceremonies such as marriage, circumcision, and village cleaning. Javanese customs also have great respect for parents and ancestors. While on the island of Bali, the customs are better known as religious ceremonies such as the Nyepi ceremony and the Melasti ceremony.
