The kingdom of Bali is located east of Kaling (Java), west of Mi-li-ju. The north side is bordered by the sea. The land is so fertile that the rice can bear fruit every month. The culture is almost the same as the Kaling kingdom. Bali has letters that they write on palm leaves.

1. Ngaben

There is a custom when a citizen dies, his family fills the corpse's mouth with gold. The feet and hands of the corpse were covered with gold bracelets. The body is given camphor oil, camphor, and perfume and others as a fragrance. Then during the Ngaben ceremony they pile wood and burn the body.
